Return and refund policy

R&S ships each cremation urn with guaranteed quality and exceptional packing.  In the rare instance that a customer receives a product that has been damaged in transit, please notify R&S immediately for replacement.  Please inspect all products immediately upon arrival. You will be required to email images of the shipping label, box and damaged product to Orders@RSMemorialProducts.com so an insurance claim can be filed with UPS/FedEx within 48 hours of receipt of product. Without the required images, a claim cannot be filed, and the receiving customer will be responsible for all costs associated with both the damaged product and its replacement.  

Once the defective item is received back, a credit will be issued for the replacement invoice.  Items damaged in transit must be handled in a timely manner. If a return is requested due to customer preference and is received in good undamaged condition, R&S will refund the invoice less a 15% restocking fee.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if you wish to make an exchange, you may return your item within 30 days. To be eligible, the urn must be returned in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging. We cannot take back any item that has had any cremains placed in it or that has been engraved. If there was an error made by our team on engraving, a replacement will be sent immediately, otherwise you will be responsible for the replacement including any rush charges, engraving fees or expedited shipping fees if applicable. 

After we receive the product back, we will refund the purchase price of the item minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee. If the return is a result of our error we will pay the shipping costs, otherwise you are responsible for all shipping charges along with a restocking fee. You’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@rsmemorialproducts.com.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. You must contact us at  CustomerService@RSMemorialProducts.com or call us at 317-288-4203 to request a return authorization.
