Shipping Policy

AVAILABILITY:

R&S’s fulfillment center is located in Indianapolis, IN.  R&S maintains a healthy inventory of all products.  In the rare event that an item is out of stock, you will be notified with options for substitution.

ORDERS:

Orders can be placed from our website by selecting the urn of choice from our online catalog. 

Please fill all information ship to address, bill to address, PO number, shipping method, and email address for tracking information if different than the sender.  For orders with engraving, please provide text and clipart of choice. If you wish to include a portrait or custom image, please attach the image on the personalization page. If there is an error attaching an image, then you may send the image to Orders@RSMemorialProducts.com. For orders in a different language, please attach a Word document detailing the appropriate spelling.

SHIPPING and HANDLING:

Orders are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday. R&S ships out the same day for all overnight and 2nd day air drop ship orders received before 2:00 pm EST.  Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be shipped the following business day.  R&S ships via UPS Ground delivery services and FedEx unless otherwise specified.  A handling fee of $9 is added to all dropship orders.  Companies may also provide R&S with their shipping account number and have shipping billed to their account.

R&S Design Gallery cannot be responsible for packages that are delayed or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, weather conditions, carrier error by FedEx, UPS, or USPS, or other such circumstances that are beyond our control.

ENGRAVING ORDERS:

Engraving orders are shipped the next business day.  Rush orders must be placed by 12:00 pm EST for same day shipping.  Final artwork must be approved with the ink color preferences by 2:00 pm EST.  Please specify font choice with engraving order.  Engraving fonts are listed in the personalization form.

INVOICES & TRACKING:

Once an order has shipped, invoices and tracking information are sent to the email address on hand.  Please email CustomerService@RSMemorialProducts.com for any billing inquiries.
